The navigation through puzzl8.com or acquisition of any PUZZL8 product, requires and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions as follow: 

Content ownership 

The content of the puzzl8.com site and its products listed for sale, in its entirety is the property of THRIL-LED LLC and falls under the protection of the Copyright Law and the laws on intellectual and industrial property rights (through trademarks, inventions, designs registered nationally and internationally) . The use without the written consent of THRIL-LED LLC of any elements of the site falls under the incidence of the above-mentioned laws.

The products sold

Any PUZZL8 activity or game should be performed under the supervision of a responsible adult.

PUZZL8 DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY AND CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE, ANY OTHER RELATED SITE OR AT A PHYSICAL STORE.

PUZZL8 LLC does not guarantee that the description of the products or any other content of the site is free of errors or that it is complete. The products actually delivered may differ slightly from them in terms of appearance. If the prices or other details regarding the products are displayed incorrectly, for various reasons, the company PUZZL8 LLC reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about this fact. 

Should the site undergo latency or disconnection due to the provider, THRIL-LED LLC cannot be held responsible for any collateral damage generated from those incidents. However, THRIL-LED will always work hard to get back online and process any order as soon as possible! Please let us know of any concerns through any of the contact us options.

Have a complaint?

• The company THRIL-LED LLC will accept and analyze in order to solve any complaint regarding the quality of the products, which is submitted within maximum 2 days from the receipt of the products, including supporting documentation including but not limited to pictures.  The customer has 15 days to return the product if the claim is substantiated.
• For standard products, refunds are available provided the complaint is substantiated, THRIL-LED LLC will process the full amount upon receipt of the original product in its original packaging.  THRIL-LED will provide the return label by making it available to download and print.
• For custom PUZZL8 products refunds are not available however the products can be replaced if the complaint is substantiated. 

Simply not happy with the product or ordered by mistake?

• No worries, for standard PUZZL8 products, THRIL-LED LLC, will process the full amount excluding shipping and handling fees upon receipt of the original product in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% of the original price will be applied in addition to the shipping fee.
• For custom PUZZL8 products, refunds are not available. 

User Behavior:

• Unlawful behavior is strictly forbidden, including hate speech, bullying, incentivize hate or violence, harassment of any form. Let's instead use words to make the world a better place and have a positive impact!
• Puzzl8 websites or any related social media site cannot be leveraged for spam, promotions or commercial by anyone other that THRIL-LED approved members.

Accounts:

At any point and for any reason, any subscriber or account holder can decide to delete its information. Simply drops us a note via the any of the contact us options and we will process your request as promptly as possible. 

For any reason, Thril-led LLC reserves the rights to disable an account from the site.
